Refund policy

Due to all items being one of a kind and handcrafted, Brooke_N_Rose does not accept returns. We will gladly refund any order prior to shipping. If shipping labels have been printed the order still can be refunded less the cost of shipping. A custom order if cancelled before the work has begun can be refunded. Handcrafted items may have imperfections that contribute to their uniqueness.
